“Therapy Associates is awesome!”

Therapy Associates is awesome! Our son, Noah, receives both speech and occupational therapy at Therapy Associates and the results have been incredible. Noah’s verbal communication skills have sky-rocketed due to his speech therapy. And his food aversions are almost non-existent due to the food school and occupational therapy.

“Open, honest and helpful”

My son loves coming and hates leaving. It’s a great feeling as a parent when your child is excited to go to therapy. The therapists are very understanding, open, honest and helpful when trying to get to the root of a problem so we can work on a solution. They are also very good at communicating with us and with each other to ensure we are all on the same page.

I love the people who work here. They really love their jobs and they are hard-working. I like the gym too. There are a lot of activities that are fun!

FAQs - Saaslify X Webflow Template

How do I know if my child needs therapy?

If your child has difficulty speaking clearly, forming sentences, or understanding language compared to other children their age, speech therapy may help. Signs that your child could benefit from occupational therapy may include trouble holding a pencil, difficulty with coordination, or challenges completing daily tasks. Concerns from teachers, daycare providers, or pediatricians about your child’s development are also good reasons to consider an evaluation.

Our therapists will conduct a full evaluation to determine your child’s specific needs and recommend a personalized plan.

Does insurance cover therapy?

Many insurance plans cover therapy, but coverage depends on your policy. Contact your insurance provider or our office for assistance in understanding your benefits.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Yes

What should I expect at the evaluation?

An evaluation at Therapy Associates includes a one-on-one meeting with one of our therapists. During that time, we will evaluate your child’s skills and work with you to learn about their strengths and challenges. Based on the results, our team will develop a tailored therapy plan for your child.

How long will my child need therapy?

The duration of therapy varies based on your child’s needs, goals, and progress. Regular assessments will be made to help determine when your child has achieved their therapy goals.

Do you have appointments in the evening or on the weekend?

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

While we don’t offer evening or weekend appointments, we’ll do our best to accommodate your family’s schedule within our business hours.

Appointments can be scheduled:
Via phone: (763) 444-8700
Or in person at one of our clinics

If we can't make it to a scheduled appointment, what should I do?

We understand that things come up when you're raising a family. To help us best serve you, and other families in need of therapy, please do your best to call us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

I received a bill and have questions; who do I call?

Give us a call at (763) 444-8700, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, we offer convenient online bill payment through our secure portal. Click the "Bill pay" button in the top right corner of our website for online payments.

What is an Explanation of Benefits (EOB)?

An EOB is a statement from you insurance provider explaining what was covered and what you may owe. It is not a bill, but a breakdown of costs for your reference.
